Meet Our Team

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hunter served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, completing deployments throughout the Middle East, Western Pacific, and Africa. After transitioning to the Marine Corps Reserves and earning his graduate degree, Hunter was drawn to the idea of serving his local community in a new way—through small business ownership. With a strong family background in entrepreneurship and a passion for hands-on leadership, he found the perfect fit with Monster Tree and is proud to lead a team committed to excellence.

Kris earned his degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and served as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army, including deployments in the Middle East. After his military service, Kris pursued his goal of owning a business by gaining industry experience as a General Manager in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. When the opportunity to co-own Monster Tree arose, he partnered with Hunter to turn a shared vision into reality—serving the local community with integrity and care.

Since joining Monster Tree in 2019, Rachael has been the friendly and reliable point of contact for scheduling, emails, and customer calls. A proud plant enthusiast, she’s especially fond of her massive monstera plant and her extensive indoor jungle. Rachael lives in Perkasie with her husband and two cats, and in her spare time enjoys creating wood-burned art. Her favorite plant? The one inked on her arm—which she thinks might be a coconut palm.

Kyle brings over two decades of experience to Monster Tree, where he’s been leading operations since 2020. His arborist journey began 23 years ago, starting with brush dragging and climbing before advancing into leadership. Kyle lives in Hatboro with his wife, two children, three cats, and a dog. When he’s not coordinating crews or overseeing job sites, you’ll likely find him in nature—either hunting or fishing. His favorite tree is the white oak.

Jamie has worked in the green industry for over 26 years, beginning as a lawn technician and evolving into roles in management, consultation, and sales. He joined Monster Tree in 2015, bringing with him a broad knowledge base and dedication to client service. Jamie lives in Warren County, New Jersey, with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, and relaxing with a good cigar. His favorite tree is the monkey puzzle tree.
